George is a proven CEO, with over 20 years experience in architecting applications from concept to release in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain across a wide variety of industries. From 1997 – 2001, George founded and built TQM Consulting, a professional e-commerce services firm sold during the period between 2000–2001.
After the acquisition of TQM, he was engaged for over four years as Chief Information Officer for ReCellular, the world’s largest cellular remanufacturing company. With a passion for automobiles and technology, George conceptualized MDL to serve the automotive industry using RFID technology for inventory management and personalized service drive interactions.
George has a BA in Economics from Fairfield University.
Ken Karegeannes has served as a Board of Director, COO, CFO, Executive Vice President, and General Manager, as well as a financial and strategic advisor to public, private and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Europe. He has over 29 years experience in forming start-up businesses, performing corporate re-engineering, designing and implementing management processes and control systems for both traditional and virtual organizations, developing effective business plans, raising capital, launching and managing products, and assisting companies in entering new markets.
During the last 10 years he has helped take several technology, manufacturing and retail health care concepts from ideas to fully-functioning businesses.
Ken has an MBA from The Tuck School of Dartmouth College and a BS in Financial Management from Clemson.
David Strickland has 22 years of experience designing and implementing effective technology strategies and leading high-caliber teams. From December 2009 thru July 2010, he served as Vice President of Development for Code Ready Solutions overseeing internal development for CRM, VOIP, Stock Analytics, and Business Intelligence. From October 2008 to December 2009, he was Chief Technology Officer for Simtrol (SMTRL).
From 2006 to 2008, he was Sr. Vice President of Development for Swingvote, Inc., a shareholder material communication company and electronic voting platform, and from 2004 to 2006 he was Director of Technology for Singlecast Technologies, a provider of compliance and supervisory technology to support Sarbanes Oxley regulatory requirements. Mr. Strickland also held previous management positions with Manhattan Associates, a supply chain solutions provider, and M&M/Mars Snack Foods.
Mr. Strickland received a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Deron Pardue has over 15 years of experience in IT as a software developer, systems architect, project manager, and business analyst. After working as a consultant, Deron founded ProMinds, Inc. in 2002 in Atlanta, GA, a company which focused on custom applications for mid-sized business. During his time at ProMinds, he led successful projects in the U.S. and Europe spanning many industries, including Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, and Education.
He brings with him a wealth of development experience centered around RFID technologies. He excels at mobilizing and building highly efficient teams that help translate business strategy into automated systems solutions. Deron is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.
Deron has a MME from the University of South Carolina and holds BM and BA degrees from the University of Georgia.
Jennifer Breza has over 7 years of experience in the automotive space on both the vendor and retail side of the business. Starting as an appointment coordinator at a local BMW/MNI dealership Jennifer quickly worked her way up to assistant service manager and assistant to the Dealer Principal. While there she assisted with a complete rebuild of the BMW location along with assisting in the acquisition transition to a larger dealer body.
After working with the retail side Jennifer moved her focused to the automotive software, helping service departments streamline their client focused processes. She brings with her a wealth of dealership process experience centered in service drive technologies.
Jennifer holds a BA in Communication – Interpersonal Communications from Rider University.
