Project Profile:
Atlanta Classic Cars moved into this $15 million dollar facility in Gwinnett County after outgrowing its Decatur home. Four years of planning, consumer research and customer demands shaped the design for the largest Mercedes-Benz automobile dealer in the Southeast, which opened on July 21, 2003
As inventory arrives into Atlanta Classic Cars, staff utilize Service Drive Concierge to tag inventory vehicles. Service staff also tag vehicles as they come in for service for the first time. Once the tagged vehicle passes under the SDC antennas, SDC performs a variety of automated electronic notifications to individuals and defined teams while providing customers with a whole new level of personalized service.
Deployment Gear:
One fifty-two (52) inch plasma monitor suspended in the customer lounge area. Antenna configuration covers a three lane configuration plus a side lane entrance for loaner returns. |
