Project Profile:
For over twenty-five (25) years, Baker Motors has been known for unprecedented service to clients. Mr. Tommy Baker, Dealer Principal is known for personalized service and attention. Baker Motors first saw MyDealerLot at the MB Expo in Vegas. Then after seeing the system at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan, they realized they wanted to provide the same level of ‘Ritz Carlton’ like experience to their Charleston store which sells / services the following brands:
  • Mercedes-Benz
  • Smart
  • Jaguar
  • Land Rover
  • Infiniti
  • Maserati
The project required some special handling by MyDealerLot with brand splitting on the various flat screen monitors along with high gain antenna deployment to cover the unique entrances to each service area. In addition, a shared car wash among all brands messages based on the brand processed in the wash.

Sales also has been looped into the process with real time client arrivals notifying sales for enhanced sales / service relationship management.

Deployment Gear:
Three (3) high gain antennas for service drive monitoring. One (1) standard antenna for car wash coverage. Flat screens are placed in each drive for real time arrival. MyDealerLot’s new MC55 docking sync station to MyDealerLot’s cloud network.
