Chapman BMW on Camelback selected Service Drive Concierge for their new service drive to welcome customers and track customer vehicles as they exit car wash operations. Chapman BMW on Camelback is home of “The Ultimate Ownership Experience” and is located in the Heart of Central Phoenix Arizona.

On June 2009, the world’s largest free standing Lexus dealership will open in North Miami. Lexus of North Miami (Craig Zinn Automotive Group) will be over 1,000,000 square feet and will provide a luxurious customer experience complete with a gym, spa, and even a Zen room. Mr. Zinn’s vision was to create a memorable client experience at all levels.
