The Van Tuyl Group manages the largest group of privately held automotive dealerships in the United States. Crest Cadillac is MyDealerLot’s first entry into the Cadillac brand.

Crest Cadillac is a model for Van Tuyl in providing outstanding client service to each and every client. Crest Cadillac wanted to make an impression to every Cadillac client with personalized greetings and streamlining of operations. MyDealerLot helped Crest with deployment of our Automated Client Recognition & Messaging technologies in the service drive, client lounge, and car wash.

In addition, MyDealerLot fully integration the loaner management process with Crest Cadillac’s Enterprise vehicle rental program.

Deployment Gear:
Single forty-seven (47) inch wall mounted LCDTV on the service drive in the valet area of the drive. Triple lane configuration with integrated car wash tracking for both Cadillac and Infiniti brands.

Using Service Drive Concierge’s Client Lounge Display, Service Advisors push repair order updates and other messages in real time.
