MyDealerLot provided RFID client recognition technologies in both their service drive and shared car wash with Crest Cadillac.

In addition, MyDealerLot deployed the industry’s first loaner integration function with TSD loan management software.

Deployment Gear:
Valet stand mounted LCDTV on the service drive. Triple lane configuration with integrated car wash tracking for both Cadillac and Infiniti brands.

Using Service Drive Concierge’s Client Lounge Display, Service Advisors push repair order updates and other messages in real time.
