Project Profile:
Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City embarked on a complete remodeling of their existing showroom and service areas. They decided to open their state of the art Lexus facility with the suite of Service Drive Concierge products: Service Tracking, Car Wash Tracking, and Client Lounge Display.

Deployment Gear:
Two fifty (50) inch service lane suspended LCDTV monitors. Antenna configuration utilizes a single high gain antenna to cover both service lanes. A single RFID reader positioned in the car wash performs real time wash tracking. Using Service Drive Concierge’s Client Lounge Display, Service Advisors push repair order updates and other messages in real time.
