Fields BMW has a reputation for its complete focus on the customer experience. With it’s chef staffed café, each and every customer is welcomed to the store as if it was their house.
Fields BMW originally became aware of MyDealerLot thru its Dealer 20 meeting where BMW of Minnetonka raved about how Service Drive Concierge transforms the customer experience.
Fields Auto Group selected its largest BMW store for its initial deployment of Service Drive Concierge in Winter Park Florida. Their objectives were clear.
First, provide a personalized welcoming experience to each and every client. Second, streamline key processes such as loaner management, cashier process, and car wash management. Third, better ties sales and service operations.
MyDealerLot deployed the entire suite of SDC products complete with intelligent car wash management which alerts staff during the car was process if the client purchased their vehicle at the stores (Fields Matters Program). The resulting implementation has achieved all the desired results and helps Fields provide a unique, complete, personalized experience for every client.
Deployment Gear:
Two (2) RFID readers for both service lane and car wash tracking. Single 52" flat screen projecting real time arrivals for service staff.
