On June 2009, the world’s largest free standing Lexus dealership opened in North Miami. Lexus of North Miami (Craig Zinn Automotive Group) is over 1,000,000 square feet and provides a luxurious customer experience complete with a gym, spa, and even a Zen room. Mr. Zinn’s vision was to create a memorable client experience at all levels.

When they wanted to create a ‘wow’ factor in the Service Drive, they turned to Service Drive Concierge. As their customers pull into the drive, they will be welcomed with two (2) twin ceiling suspended plasmas along with complete internal messaging to service and sales staff.
