Mercedes-Benz of Memphis is one of the country’s most technologically advanced and beautifully designed dealerships. The client experience has been designed around providing a warm and inviting environment in a multi-level showroom and high tech service area.

Mercedes-Benz of Memphis wanted to incorporate a complete personalized welcoming system coupled with process tracking in their car wash tunnel. Service Drive Concierge was selected to provide automated client arrival notifications and car wash completion messages to both service and sales advisors.

Deployment Gear:
Triple LCDTV configuration for trip lane entry point. System was deployed with full car wash tracking and messaging to the cashier station.
