Project Profile:
McGrath Honda constructed their brand new facility around the Service Drive and the client in mind. The new facility boasts the latest  state of the art technology with an RFID enabled car wash system capable of reading the MyDealerLot RFID tag resident in all retail and client vehicles. McGrath was MyDealerLot’s first non-luxury brand and proves that personalized service and streamlined operations go hand in hand whether driving a Mercedes, Infiniti, or Honda.

The project included tracking their three service lane entrances along with a separate entrance for loaner vehicle returns. McGrath was also one of the first adopters of the MyDealerLot / TSD integration for seamless loaner processing and client returns.

Deployment Gear:
Two fifty (55) inch ceiling suspended LCDTV monitors. Triple lane coverage using MyDealerLot’s service lane antenna. A single PDQ RFID reader positioned in the car wash operates the car wash and works with MyDealerLot RFID tags. Using Service Drive Concierge’s Client Lounge Display, Service Advisors push repair order updates and other messages in real time.
