Project Profile:
McGrath Lexus is one of the largest Lexus Dealers in the country. MDL now has deployed both McGrath Lexus of Chicago and Westmont locations with their Service Drive Concierge product. McGrath’s attention to detail and focus on creating a unique and personalized experience for each and every customer.

Special considerations had to go into the design and deployment for McGrath Lexus Westmont. A complete custom install was achieved through specially designed brackets, and special lane configurations were architected. The deployment also includes complete car wash monitoring and time measurement for car wash operations.

Deployment Gear:
Six (6) RFID readers - service lanes, service exit lanes. Four (4) 42" flat screen projecting real time arrivals for service staff. One (1) 42" exit flat screen, and four (4) MIMO personalized displays.
