Park Place wanted a complete integrated solution with key business partners such as MOC1 Solutions and Auto Alert. With MyDealerLot’s fully integrated Customer Recognition and Messaging System – Service Drive Concierge, Park Place now greets customers by name and takes personalized interaction to an entirely new level.

The project included deploying Service Drive Concierge in every Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche store owned by Park Place.

Deployment Gear:
Complete lane monitoring in each location using both MyDealerLot standard lane configuration and high-gain configurations. MOC1 tablets provide fully integrated solution with instant tag association and initial messaging. AutoAlert integration allows MyDealerLot to provide both same day and Advanced Service alerts combined with MyDealerLot’s unique RFID technology.
