Project Profile: Park Place wanted a complete integrated solution with key business partners such as MOC1 Solutions and Auto Alert. With MyDealerLot’s fully integrated Customer Recognition and Messaging System – Service Drive Concierge, Park Place now greets customers by name and takes personalized interaction to an entirely new level.
The project included deploying Service Drive Concierge in every Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche store owned by Park Place.

MOC1 tablets provide fully integrated solution with instant tag association and initial messaging.
