Project Profile:
RBM of Atlanta opened this new Alpharetta location (RBM of Atlanta North) in 2007 using state of the art technology. RBM North is the pioneer in using MyDealerLot’s real time location tracking system (RTLS) to track all retail inventory. The deployment also provided complete integration with the KEYper key management system providing real time mapping technology. This was the first combined solution of its kind in the marketplace.

In July 2008, RBM North adopted the Service Drive Concierge product to enhance the customer’s experience in the service drive. As inventory arrives into RBM North, it is tagged with both an active and passive RFID tag. Once the vehicle is sold, the active tag is recycled while the passive tag remains on the vehicle for subsequent service drive visits by the customer.

Deployment Gear (RTLS):
MyDealerLot’s engineered real time location kits over a 9 acre facility. AeroScout active RFID Wi-Fi tags for retail and used inventory.

Deployment Gear (SDC):
One  fifty-two (52) inch plasma monitor suspended in the service drive area. Antenna configuration covers a standard two lane configuration.
