MyDealerLot Managed Service Program (MSP)

MyDealerLot provides a complete Managed Service Program to customers that want to begin utilizing this new technology without creating a complex on-site support structure. We provide a comprehensive 'worry-free' managed program that wraps into a simple monthly service agreement that include the following components -

  • All available MyDealerLot™ & Service Drive Concierge™ modules
  • All professional services for deployment, training, support
  • All required infrastructure
    • RFID tags (Active for MyDealerLot RTLS / Passive for Service Drive Concierge™)

Site Survey Services
As part of our standard implementation process, MyDealerLot™ will perform an on-site lot survey to fully engineer the solution based on your individual requirements. The engineering 'track' focuses on power needs, mounting, detailed measuring, and wireless analysis.

For the ‘business process’ track, we interview key people in your organization, perform an "as-is" and "to-be" process review, and review your current vehicle inventory system. The site survey performed by MyDealerLot lasts anywhere from 1-2 days. With our software, you actually get a customized graphical "virtual lot view" which is then transferred to a location map.

Engineering, Installation & Setup Services
MyDealerLot™ is a "one-stop" shop for your vehicle inventory tracking needs. We provide the engineering expertise to get your system running and fully tested in minimal time.

We implement the required MyDealerLot infrastructure, assist in initial inventory tagging, and perform a complete end to end test before "turning over the keys" to you.

Training Services
We understand that keeping the solution simple for the user is key to adoption. First, we require ZERO original input from an end user of the location system. Second, we have embedded in the product training ‘web-casts’ which can be played at any time for new hires or refresher training. And of course, we provide on-site training and any required “hand-holding” to ensure 100% success and satisfaction.
