Project Profile:
For over 25 years Steve Rayman has been a leader in the Atlanta automotive market. In early 2011, he undertook a large scale effort to completely modernize the his classic Chevrolet store using Chevrolet’s brand new modern design structure. This new design encompasses white and blue exterior design, large open interior space with glass separations throughout. The space is comfortable with many of the amenities found in luxury dealerships such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, and BMW. Chevrolet realizes that every customer is important and has designed the store with this in mind. Additionally, the store design is one of the first that directly connects the sales floor to the service drive.

As part of this new design, Steve Rayman selected Service Drive Concierge to provide a complete customer ‘wow factor’ from the moment they drive in. Customers love the personalized recognition which encompasses messaging to the Sales and Service Advisor. This creates an environment of relationship enhancement like no other. For MyDealerLot, this is our first Chevrolet deployment – which we are very proud of.

Deployment Gear:
One (1) RFID reader and triple lane antenna configuration. MIMO mini displays for appointment and arrival event presentation.
